Description:This is one of only two nightclubs in the area and has a full live music license (no longer issued) and an extended drinking license enabling it to stay open until 6 am. The club is fully air-conditioned and has a large stage area, there is also a full music system including a karaoke machine installed. A large screen projector enables music channels (sky digital installed) to be seen from everywhere in the club this is also used for the karaoke.
There is a kitchen for the preparation of hot food (mainly pizzas and burgers at present) but the menu could be easily increased .
Behind the stage is an artists changing area including a shower room and lounge area.The club is decorated to a very high standard throughout and fully controlled lighting allows the mood to be altered to suit all events.
The club is in an all year round resort so the trading period is not just summer months.
A business like this rarely comes on the market, could be run as a pub early evening and as a club from midnight on to benefit from both ends of the market. It has to be seen to be appreciated fully and the business potential is huge,the rent for a business like this is very low, at present we are waiting to find out the in-going cost to the successful candidate.
