Description:The restaurant is located on the corner of Avenida Mal Pas and Caminino de la Victoria, facing the Bon Aire Marina and the Bay of Pollensa. There are two entrances, one on the Avenida Mal Pas through a terrace of 24 SQ M and the other one on the Caminino de la Victoria throught the big terrace of 162 SQ M facing the Marina Bon Aire. On the main floor there is the bar, kitchen, dining room, guests bathrooms and the staff bathroom and showers. Through the kitchen you go the the basement where there is the wine celler, staff quarters and a big storage room with a walk in fridge. The size of the main floor is 215 SQ M and the basements is 61,50 QS M. Bon Aire is a first class residential area facing Formentor on the Bay of Pollensa. The people living there are mostly Spanish, English and German and the restaurant is the only proper one in the area.
